1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
เราเก็บข้อมูลที่คุณให้โดยตรง เช่น วันเกิด เวลาเกิด อีเมล (เมื่อสมัครสมาชิก) และข้อมูลที่เก็บอัตโนมัติ เช่น การใช้งานแอปผ่าน Vercel Analytics
2. วัตถุประสงค์การประมวลผล
เพื่อคำนวณและแสดงผลดูดวง โดยข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกประมวลผล ณ เบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ ไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลวันเกิดออกจากอุปกรณ์
3. คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีติดตาม
เราใช้คุกกี้ 3 ประเภท: • คุกกี้จำเป็น: Supabase Auth Session, การตั้งค่าแอป (localStorage) • คุกกี้วิเคราะห์: Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights (ต้องได้รับความยินยอม) • คุกกี้โฆษณา: Google AdSense (ต้องได้รับความยินยอม)
4. การแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม
เราแชร์ข้อมูลเฉพาะกับผู้ให้บริการที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ Supabase (Auth), Stripe (Payment), Vercel (Hosting), Google (AdSense — หากได้รับความยินยอม)
5. ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บข้อมูล
ข้อมูลบัญชีจัดเก็บตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชียังใช้งาน ข้อมูล localStorage ถูกเก็บในอุปกรณ์ของคุณโดยตรง คุณสามารถล้างได้ทุกเมื่อ
6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล (PDPA)
คุณมีสิทธิ: เข้าถึงข้อมูล, แก้ไขข้อมูล, ลบข้อมูล, ถอนความยินยอม, คัดค้านการประมวลผล ติดต่อ privacy@moo-day.com
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราจะแจ้งเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญผ่านหน้าแอปหรืออีเมล นโยบายนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2026

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (date of birth, birth time, email on sign-up) and automatically via Vercel Analytics. Birth-date data is processed in-browser only.
2. Purpose of Processing
To calculate and display horoscope readings. All computation happens in your browser. No birth data is transmitted to our servers.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use three categories: • Necessary: Supabase Auth session, app preferences (localStorage) • Analytics: Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights (consent required) • Advertising: Google AdSense (consent required)
4. Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with essential service providers: Supabase (Auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (AdSense — if consented).
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. localStorage data lives on your device and can be cleared at any time via browser settings.
6. Your Rights (PDPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@moo-day.com.
7. Policy Changes
We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. This policy is effective 1 March 2026.
